Are all prices in USD?

All prices are expressed in USD. For customers in Mexico, payments are automatically converted at the current exchange rate.

How does the process of creating a custom-made piece work?

To create a custom piece, you can contact us directly through Instagram or leave your information on our website and our team will contact you via WhatsApp.

You can share reference photos, your desired quality, and your budget. Our team will guide you through the entire process and help you refine your idea to ensure the final design elegantly and harmoniously reflects your vision.

Once the concept is finalized, we'll send you a design sketch along with the final price. After your approval and payment confirmation, we'll begin production of your piece.

The production process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

How can I keep my jewelry clean?

To preserve the beauty and shine of your Grasso Co. jewelry, we recommend that you consult the care instructions.

Can I use soap to clean tennis products?

Yes. Sterling silver and moissanite can be safely cleaned with warm water and mild soap, provided proper care is taken.

We recommend using a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush to gently remove any residue. After cleaning, rinse the piece thoroughly with clean water and dry it completely with a soft, lint-free cloth. This helps preserve the natural shine of the silver and the brilliance of the moissanite.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, chlorine, or alcohol, as these can dull the metal or affect the finish over time. With gentle care and regular maintenance, your jewelry will retain its elegance and beauty for many years.

What is your return policy?

At Grasso Co., we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you decide a product is not to your liking, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be returned unaltered, without visible damage, and in its original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once the return is accepted, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, valid for 6 months to choose a replacement item:

If the new item has a higher value, you can pay the difference to complete the purchase.

If it has a lower value, a new store credit will be issued for the remaining balance, valid for another 6 months.

This policy guarantees that you can exchange your item while maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our collections.

Are the collections limited?

Yes. Each collection is produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and ensure that every customer feels unique. Our seasonal designs are carefully selected, and once a collection is sold out, it is not reproduced, allowing each piece to retain its special and timeless character.
