All prices are listed in USD. For customers in Mexico, payments are converted automatically at the current exchange rate.

How does making a custom personalized piece work?

To create a custom piece, you can contact us directly trough Instagram, or leave your information on our website and our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp.

You may share reference photos, tour desired quality and budget. Our team will guide you through the process and help refine your idea to ensure the final design reflects your vision with elegance and balance.

Once the concept is defined, we will provide a design sketch along with the final price. After your approval and payment confirmation, we begin the production of your piece.

The production process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

How do I keep my jewelry clean ?

To preserve the beauty and shine of your Grasso Co. jewelry, we recommend that you check the care guidelines.

Can I use soap to clean the tennis products?

Yes. Sterling silver and moissanite can be safely cleaned using warm water and mild soap when done with proper care.

We recommend using a soft cloth or a soft-bristle brush to gently remove any residue. After cleaning, rinse the piece thoroughly with clean water and dry it completely using a soft, lint-free cloth. This helps preserve the natural shine of the silver and the brilliance of the moissanite.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, chlorine or alcohol; as these may dull the metal or affect the finish over time. With gentle care and regular maintenance, your jewelry will maintain its elegance and beauty for years to come.

What is your return policy?

At Grasso Co., we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you decide a product is not right for you, you have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be returned unaltered, without noticeable damage, and in its original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once accepted, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, valid for 6 months to select a replacement piece:

If the new item is of higher value, the difference can be paid to complete the purchase.

If it is of lower value, a new store credit will be issued for the remaining balance, valid for another 6 months.

This policy ensures that you can exchange your piece while maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our collections.

Are Collections limited?

Yes. Each collection is produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and ensure that every client feels unique. Our seasonal designs are carefully curated, and once a collection is sold out, it will not be reproduced, allowing each piece to remain special and timeless.
